General Class Information

Important: The November 21, 2019 class is now full and closed to registration.  If you have a referral to attend on this date please attend as instructed by our referral. 

ATTENDANCE INFORMATION:

LOCATION: Campbell Center, 155 High St. Eugene, OR  

PANEL SIGN-IN Lobby: 6:00 pm

PANEL PRESENTATION:    Begins promptly at 6:30 pm -The presentation concludes approximately at 8:15 pm.  Late comers not allowed in after 6:30 pm.

No re-admittance after doors are closed.

FEE- PER REFERRAL: $40 cash only paid at sign-in. Online option: $40 plus $2 service fee. Must be received 24 hours priors to class date. See Pay Online tab.

Guests (those not required to attend): Guest seating is reserved for those accompanying attendees required to be there. Guests will be asked to provide the name of the person they are accompanying at guest sign-in.   All others arriving expecting to satisfy a past DUII lapsed in compliance for any agency will be expected to register and pay the fee. Guest seating is determined at 6:15 pm the evening of the panel and is not guaranteed to be available. Community observers may contact the office for information to visit a class at no cost. No children under 14 years of age will be allowed.

RE-SCHEDULING: To re-schedule your referred attendance date you must contact the court directly that required you to attend.  This office is unable to do this for you.

Pre-Registering:  Is not required if have a referral from a Lane County area court. See online registration tab if the court requiring you to attend is outside of Lane County or are from an agency not related with a court. 

Office staff can assist you Monday-Thursday by calling our part time office at 541.607.8452 or leave your name, date of birth, the court requiring you to attend,  the date you would like to attend and your phone number.

This is an alcohol and drug free event.  Law enforcement will be present at this meeting as well as a portable breathalyzer will be used to determine consumption of alcohol for those attendees suspected of consuming alcohol prior to attendance.  Random testing is also possible. This is Zero Tolerance program. Drug Recognition Experts are also present at this meeting. No refund of fee if denied entry due to drug or alcohol use.
