ATTENDANCE INFORMATION:

LOCATION: Campbell Center, 155 High St. Eugene, OR  

PANEL SIGN-IN Lobby: 6:00 pm

PANEL PRESENTATION:    6:30 pm -The presentation lasts approximately 1hr 45 min.(The presentations begins promptly at 6:30. Late comers not allowed in.)

No re-admittance after doors are closed.

FEE-  $40 cash only.  paid at sign-in. PER EACH COURT REFERRAL

Guests: Guest seating is reserved for those accompanying attendees required to be there. Guests will be asked to provide the name of the person they are accompanying, at guest sign-in.   All others arriving expecting to satisfy a past DUII lapse in compliance for any agency will be expected to register and pay the fee.  Guest seating is determined at 6:15 pm the evening of the panel and is not guaranteed to be available. Community observers may contact the office for information to visit a class at no cost.

RE-SCHEDULING: To re-schedule your referred attendance date you must contact the court directly that required you to attend.  This office is unable to do this for you.

PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.  

Note: The online preregistration tab in the above menu is for attendees that are required to attend but are being referred by a court or agency  that does not directly refer to our office.  Courts in Lane, Douglas and Linn County are the only direct refer courts and referrals will automatically be preregistered. 

 Office staff can assist you Monday-Wednesday by calling 541.607.8452 or leave your name, date of birth, the court requiring you to attend,  the date you would like to attend and your phone number.

This is an alcohol and drug free event.  Law enforcement will be present at this meeting as well as a portable breathalyzer will be used to determine consumption of alcohol for those attendees suspected of consuming alcohol prior to attendance.  Random testing is also possible. This is Zero Tolerance program. Drug Recognition Experts are also present at this meeting. No refund of fee if denied entry due to drug or alcohol use.
